Eleven minutes to book a flight. Nine of them were the date picker.

It opens on the current month. I am flying in five. Five taps on an arrow the size of a grain of rice, and overshooting costs five more. Meanwhile the page knows my destination. It knows the route only flies Tuesdays and Saturdays. It shows me all thirty-one days of March anyway.

The actual complaint

Ugly I could live with. Everything needed to make this easy is already in the page. None of it is used. The interface knows more than it lets on, which is what makes bad software feel insulting rather than merely bad.
