Vewn 1.2.7: a faster editor

A small update, mostly about writing.

Writing opens faster

Starting a new post used to load in several steps, one after another. Now it loads once, so the editor is ready much sooner, especially on Android. On the web, the formatting toolbar now shows up with the rest of the editor, not a moment later.

Line breaks look like line breaks

Lines were spaced so far apart that a single line break looked like an empty line. Text is tighter now, both while you write and when you read, on the web and in the app.

Mention people when you repost

When you repost with a comment, you can now @-mention people, and they'll be notified.

Fixed: taps not working with the keyboard open

In comments and reposts, tapping a name in the @ list or "Add a GIF" could close the keyboard and do nothing else. That's fixed.

How to get it

• On the web, you already have it.

• In the app, close it and open it again, and it updates itself. If that doesn't work, the new version is on its way to the App Store and Google Play.

Thanks for writing here @everyone . If something breaks, tell us through the suggestions board.
