Ik it's kinda strange but I promise it works. I use this method that consists of saying "can I please have more?". For exaple: ". I'm so grateful I have X, can I please have more?" And I swear it works SO well and fast
I think knowing ur natal chart placements esp for ur 12H and Neptune can help with the best method that suits u based on the sign, house and planetary aspects
