Today, I played a lot of Phantasy Star Online. Most of my day was spent grinding alone - the server was completely empty, I was the only player online. However, around 5 PM, some people logged in, and we did a whole bunch of hunting together.

I play this game on the Gamecube. One of the only online games on the console, and there's not very many people playing it anymore. But there are still a few humans who log on every now and then, and today I was lucky enough to be blessed with their presence.

Drank 6 beers, got wasted as hell, and had a good time. Levelled my Android Ranger a lot. Decided to run Berserk weapons today. Every time you hit an enemy, they drain 25% of your HP, but deal triple damage per hit. Running a Berserk Needle which hits 5 enemies per shot, it meant constantly being at 10% or less HP, but luckily I was partied with two mages. Absolutely kick-ass players, kept on top of healing me all the time, which allowed me to clear entire rooms of enemies in seconds since I didn't have to worry about not killing myself with my HP draining weapons.

I admit, I'm still drunk as fuck ( and still playing with them, infact, just waiting for one of them who's BRBing rn), but I'm having fun. For the halloween event, enemies have a 1/150 chance of dropping candy and chocolates, which can be traded in for rare item once Halloween hits on the 31st. Spending all month grinding up these rare drops to trade them in for cool stuff at the end of the month. Very excited.
